Problem Statement

The client, Mild Rungmongkonsawad, the Director of Thai Roots Trading Corp., approached me to design a brand identity for their new product, Pandacoco, a flavored coconut chip originating in Thailand. The goal was to bring the flavors of Thailand to the North American market and target families with children aged six and above in the food sector.

As the designer, my task was to create a logo, guidelines, and brand assets that would set the tone of voice for this unique product. Additionally, I worked as a consultant to ensure that the Pandacoco brand executed all deliverables at upcoming tradeshows and stores, including consumer interaction, packaging, social media, marketing, and online presence.

Throughout the one-month contract, I successfully strengthened the Pandacoco brand by creating a strong visual identity and guidelines that resonated with the target audience. I also ensured that the brand was consistent across all touchpoints, including social media, packaging, and online presence.

This project allowed me to gain experience in branding and asset creation for the B2C sector, as well as consulting on the execution of a brand’s deliverables. My expertise in brand design and asset creation can help businesses in the food sector establish a unique and memorable brand identity to attract and retain customers.
