My Why
I’m one of seven children
Yep, you read it right. I’m one of seven children(-2 from the photo), and this has contributed to why I do what I do.
If you’re interested, I’m the one at the bottom of the photograph. Even though it may not look like it, I’m the eldest son within my family. We’re a tight-knit group and it was this dynamic that fostered my ability to lead, listen, and be part of a team. Then combine this with the gift of poverty, my family and I had to work on our values and grit to become who we are today. When you don’t have much, you work on things that you can control, which are values, determination, and the quality of a person. We have all failed many times to succeed in becoming more than what most people believed us to be. We are now, a police officer, two biomedical scientists, a web coder, and a marketing director.
