Problem Statement

The problem statement for this design portfolio is to create a website redesign for Magnacares, a company that develops PEMF devices for everyone. The objective is to reflect their mission of promoting affordable and alternative healing methods to help people heal naturally. The challenge is to differentiate Magnacares from its competitors, such as Lifemat, Novocure, and Pulsepemf, by creating a website that is both professional and inviting. The issue with the previous website was that it lacked excitement and did not reflect the company’s strapline, “Invigorate your internal state at the cellular level.” As a graphic designer, the task is to create a website that reflects the brand’s mission, values, and aspirations and appeals to a health-conscious audience of all ages

  • Issue: Like most health and wellness brands, this brand looked very clinical, and didn’t bring any excitement with being healthy.

    Through this journey, I was able to identify the gaps within the market and solidify Magnacares USP

    Another component of this project was understanding the process of Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. I had to research the science, find credible sources, and use this to curate this information into a comprehensive website.

Summary

As a Graphic Designer, I worked with Magnacares, a company that develops affordable and alternative Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy devices for all ages. The company was looking to revamp their website to reflect their mission of helping people heal naturally.

Through my experience working with Magnacares, I was able to effectively communicate their mission and vision by redesigning their website to be more user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing. I worked on creating a brand identity that was approachable and inviting, while also staying true to the company’s core values.

Working with the team at Magnacares, I ensured that the website redesign aligned with the company’s vision of helping people heal naturally through affordable and alternative methods. I was able to invigorate the brand’s image by creating a modern and exciting visual identity that accurately reflected their message.

Overall, my work with Magnacares highlights my skills in creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate a brand’s mission and values. I have the ability to take a clinical or complex industry and create a design that is approachable and engaging to the target audience.
