We created a brand video to touch on their biggest USP

Problem Statement
As the marketing director and design contractor for GreenPlanet Nutrients, I faced the challenge of merging the branding of two distinct companies, GreenPlanet Nutrients and GreenPlanet Wholesale, into a cohesive website and brand image. Despite their differences in offerings and target audience, both companies fell under the GreenPlanet umbrella brand. The task at hand was to create a unified look and feel for the merged brand, while still maintaining the individual identities of each company. The ultimate goal was to attract and retain customers for both GreenPlanet Nutrients and GreenPlanet Wholesale, and establish the brand as a global leader in the fertilizer industry.

Creating a business starts with research:

  • Competitor Research (Local – Canada)
  • Industry Research (Global -What / Who / Why / How)- Issue, Canada is the first country to fully legalize.
  • Self Discovery Research (Other Industries & Interests)

One of the biggest issues with working within the Cannabis sector is the legalization of this product within countries. Social Media and websites tend to be US-first. As most corporations have their routes within the US, therefore the US holds a pivotal point of view of how content is allowed to be portrayed on the digital front.

Summary

As the Marketing Director and Design Contractor for Greenplanet Nutrients, I successfully redesigned their website and brand to reflect their unique offerings and position them as industry leaders in the newly legalized Cannabis industry. By merging two separate brands under one cohesive look and feel, I helped them reach a wider audience and establish a strong presence in the market.

With my expertise in design and marketing, I was able to create a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicated their brand message and product offerings. By implementing a strategic SEO plan and utilizing social media platforms, we were able to drive traffic to the website and increase engagement with their target audience.

My focus on helping Greenplanet Nutrients stand out in a highly competitive industry was achieved by injecting a fresh perspective and innovative ideas, all while ensuring that their brand remained true to their values and mission. Through my collaboration with their team, we were able to create a unique and memorable brand that has made a lasting impact on their industry.
