Problem Statement

Go Mobile, the third-largest mobile phone retailer in the UK, wanted to update their logo to best represent their new look, feel, and progression within the industry. As the designer for this project, I was tasked with creating a simple, functional, and bold logo that had the ability to work across all media platforms. The new logo had to reflect Go Mobile’s position as the second-largest mobile phone retailer in the UK, with 100+ stores across the country.

During the three-month contract, I worked closely with the client, Steve from A1Comms/Go Mobile Franchise, to understand their requirements and create a design that would appeal to their target audience of technology-savvy individuals between the ages of 10-70 across the UK. Through this project, I gained valuable experience in creating logos that represent a brand’s values and aspirations, while remaining versatile and effective across all media platforms. Additionally, I learned how to collaborate effectively with clients to ensure their vision and goals were reflected in the final design.
