Problem Statement

Culturelle® is a trusted brand in the probiotic market that needed to highlight the effectiveness of their product, containing 100% naturally-sourced Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG®), which is clinically studied and proven to support gastrointestinal health. They wanted to create an animated advert to target families during their summer campaign.

The challenge was to create an animation that would effectively communicate the benefits of their product while being engaging and memorable for the target audience. The animation had to showcase the features of the product, such as the natural ingredients and the clinically proven benefits of LGG®, and also appeal to families during the summer season.

As the graphic designer, my role was to work with the animator to create an animation that effectively communicated the message of the brand and showcased the product’s features in a fun and engaging way. Through this project, I gained experience in creating animations that resonated with a specific target audience and effectively communicated complex ideas in a simple and accessible way.

Summary

As a graphic designer, I had the opportunity to assist with the creation of an animated advertisement for Culturelle® Digestive Health Probiotics. The challenge was to highlight the brand’s unique selling proposition of being the only probiotic containing the #1 clinically studied strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG®), in a fun and engaging way.

Working closely with the animator, I was able to create a storyboard that effectively communicated the message of the product’s efficacy in supporting gastrointestinal health to families during their summer campaign. By incorporating playful and relatable characters, colorful illustrations, and clear messaging, we were able to create an animated advert that stood out among competitors and effectively reached the target audience.

Through this project, I gained valuable experience in designing for animated advertisements and effectively conveying complex messaging through visual storytelling. I also learned the importance of collaboration and communication in a team, ensuring that everyone’s ideas were heard and effectively implemented to achieve the desired outcome.

My experience with Culturelle® has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to help other brands effectively communicate their unique selling proposition through engaging and visually appealing designs. I am committed to delivering high-quality work that effectively meets the needs and goals of my clients.
